陶瓷平板膜MBR处理高分子难降解有机废水中试

摘要 采用陶瓷平板膜MBR工艺对高分子难降解有机废水进行深度处理中试,研究了有机废水处理中影响陶瓷平板膜稳定运行的运行模式、反洗、抽停比等参数。结果表明,在线反冲洗对膜污染的恢复作用较弱;抽停运行方式较反洗运行方式更经济,且合适的抽停比可有效的缓解膜污染;当进水COD为800~1 000 mg/L时,通量为20L/(m2·h),抽停时间比为开4 min停1 min,陶瓷平板膜MBR装置运行较为稳定。 The pilot test of advanced treatment of polymer refractory organic wastewater by the membrane bioreactor(MBR) process with ceramic flat membrane was carried out, and the process parameters, i. e. operation mode, backwashing, filtration/ceasing ration that affecting stable operation of ceramic flat membrane were studied. The results showed that, online backwashing had less effect on membrane flux recovery;the filtration/ceasing operation mode was more economical than the backwash operation mode, and the appropriate filtration/ceasing ratio could alleviate membrane fouling. When the influent COD was 800~1 000 mg/L, the flux was 20 L/(m2·h), the ceramic flat MBR could keep stable operation with filtration/ceasing time ratio of 4 min on and 1 min off.
