上流式厌氧污泥床反应器处理木薯酒精废水性能 被引量:2

摘要 构建了上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器系统,考察其对高浓木薯酒精废水的处理性能及抗冲击能力。运行结果表明,通过稀释进水COD来逐步提高容积负荷的方式,UASB可运行90 d可达到稳定运行状态。在适宜的COD容积负荷12.4 kg/(m^(3)·d)(HRT为50 h)下,COD平均去除率和甲烷平均产率分别可达到90.4%±0.8%和(2.67±0.04)L/(L·d)。在高容积负荷15.5 kg/(m^(3)·d)和低pH(5.5)冲击下,UASB反应器对COD去除率仍分别可达到81.4%±1.8%和74.1±1.4%。Geobacter和Methanomassiliicoccus分别为UASB系统内的优势产酸菌群和产甲烷菌种。 The upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor(UASB)was constructed to investigate its treatment performance of high concentration cassava alcohol wastewater and impact resistance.The results showed that the UASB reactor could be operated for 90 d to achieve stable operation by diluting the influent COD to gradually increase the volumetric loading.Under the suitable COD volumetric loading of 12.4 kg/(m^(3)·d)(HRT was 50 h),the average removal rate of COD and the average yield of methane could reach 90.4%±0.8%and(2.67±0.04)L/(L·d),respectively.Under the high volumetric loading of 15.5 kg/(m^(3)·d)and low pH of 5.5,the COD removal rate of the UASB reactor could still reach 81.4%±1.8%and 74.1%±1.4%,respectively.Geobacter and Methanomassiliicoccus were the dominant acid-producing and methanogenic strains in the UASB system,respectively.
