摘要
随着医疗科技的不断进步,近年来腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的应用越来越广泛。由于CO2气腹对患者凝血功能及胃肠功能具有一定影响,故可采取科学的干预措施,减少由气腹引发的相关手术并发症。对不同气腹压对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者凝血功能及胃肠功能影响研究进展做一综述。
with the continuous progress of medical technology, in recent years, laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection is more and more widely used.Since CO2 pneumoperitoneum has certain influence on the coagulation function and gastrointestinal function of patients, scientific intervention measures can be taken to reduce the related surgical complications caused by pneumoperitoneum.This paper reviews the research progress of the effects of different pneumoperitoneum pressures on coagulation and gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.
