This article mainly introduces the existing problems of the close control system of Heiyanquan Coal Preparation Plant.Through the remodeling and transformation of the close control system,a series of problems caused by the inflexibility and instability of the close control system to the operation of the clean coal index are solved,and the fine coal index operation is ensured.The stability of coal ash content and the maximization of clean coal yield have achieved good economic and social benefits.
