摘要
研究了采用偏心转盘塔替代混合澄清槽对含铀废料进行萃取纯化,考察了转盘雷诺数、通量等对萃取的影响。结果表明:原料液中杂质含量对偏心转盘塔萃取效果影响很小;在V_(o)/V_(a)=1.2/1、转盘雷诺数约13824、通量为66 L/h(芯块溶解液)和55 L/h(碱渣浸出液)条件下,萃取效果较好;在V_(a)/V_(o)=1.2/1、转盘雷诺数约23128、通量为55 L/h条件下,2种原料液均有较好反萃取效果;偏心转盘塔替代混合澄清槽萃取纯化含铀废料效果较好,可在工业放大设计中参考应用。
The eccentric rotating disk column was used to replace the mixer-settler in the extraction of uranium-containing waste.The effects of Reynolds number and rotating disk flux on the extraction were investigated.The results show that the impurity content in the feed liquid has little effect on the extraction effect of eccentric rotating disk tower.The extraction effect is better under the conditions of V_(o)/V_(a)=1.2/1,rotating disk Reynolds number of about 13824,flux of 66 L/h(pellet solution)and 55 L/h(alkali residue leaching solution).The back extraction effect is better under the conditions of V_(a)/V_(o)=1.2/1,rotating disk Reynolds number of about 23128,flux of 55 L/h.The eccentric rotating plate tower can replace the mixer-settler to extract and purify uranium-containing waste,which can be used in industrial scale-up design.
