摘要
乙草胺选择性强、除草活性高,在我国广泛使用。但乙草胺在环境中不易被降解,农药残留高,对生态系统和人类健康均造成一定威胁。因此,研究乙草胺的降解规律,为提高乙草胺在自然环境中的降解速率具有重要生态意义。综述了乙草胺的迁移、光解、水解等规律,归纳了乙草胺降解菌株,概述了乙草胺的生物降解方式、途径及产物,并对提高乙草胺降解速率的方法做出了展望。
Acetochlor is widely used in China because of its strong selectivity and high herbicidal activity.However,acetochlor is not easy to be degraded in the environment and has high pesticide residues,which poses a threat to the ecosystem and human health.Therefore,it is of great ecological significance to study the degradation law of acetochlor in order to improve the degradation rate of acetochlor in the environment.In this paper,the migration,photolysis and hydrolysis of acetochlor are reviewed,the acetochlor degradation strains are summarized,then,this paper outlines the biodegradation modes,pathways and products of acetochlor,and prospects for the methods to improve the degradation rate of acetochlor.
