摘要
北京市某地铁西黄村站一廖公庄站区间隧道采用矿山法施工,隧道需近距离下穿西五环路和西黄村跨线桥,其水平最小净距4.0m,地质条件差,隧道施工将影响西五环路和西黄村跨线桥的正常使用及安全。因此该工程采用了工前检测、超前注浆加固、开挖遇漂石控制、空洞检测等综合施工技术和有限元分析方法,使隧道支护与开挖顺利完成,并保证了西五环路和西黄村跨线桥的安全。
The mining method was adopted in the tunnel between Xihuangcun station and Liaogongzhuang station in Beijing metro.The tunnel crossing underneath adjacent West Fifth Ring Road and Xihuangcun overpass bridge,with a minimum horizontal clear distance of 4.0m and poor geological conditions.The normal use and safety of the Fifth Ring Road and the overpass bridge would be affected.Comprehensive construction technologies such as preinspection,grouting reinforcement in advance,control of bouldering in excavation,cavity detection and finite element analysis method were adopted to ensure the tunnel excavation and support successful completion as well as the safety of the West Fifth Ring Road and Xihuangcun overpass bridge.
