类Fenton法预处理餐厨沼液的试验研究

Experimental Study on Pretreatment of Kitchen Waste Biogas Slurry by Fenton-like Reaction

以湖北省宜昌市餐厨沼液处理项目为基础,在餐厨沼液预处理阶段采用类Fenton法进行试验,试验结果表明:餐厨沼液脱泥出水后的COD、氨氮、SS和动、植物油平均去除率比原工艺分别提升了33%、5%、43%、87%,水质改善效果显著。Fenton预处理后的餐厨沼液C/N比低至0.37:1,不适于直接进行生化处理和膜处理。MBR系统的氨氮去除率仅为25.65%,比原工艺降低了15%,且降低了MBR系统的总处理效率。

Based on the treatment of kitchen waste biogas slurry project in Yichang City,Hubei Province,the Fentonlike method was applied in the pretreatment stage.After being deslimed out of water,the average removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,SS,animal and vegetable oil is 33%,5%,43%,87%than the original process respectively.The water quality is significantly improved.After Fenton pretreatment,the C/N ratio of kitchen waste biogas slurry is as low as 0.37*1 which is unsuitable for direct biochemical and membrane treatment.The ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the MBR system is only 25.65%,which is 15%lower than the original process.It reduces the overall efficiency of the MBR system.
