从新型冠状病毒引发的细胞因子风暴寻找治疗药物

Finding therapeutic drugs from cytokine storm induced by SARS-CoV-2

一些新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者病情突然急转直下成为危重症,可能和SARS-CoV-2感染机体造成的细胞因子风暴存在紧密关系。到目前为止,尚未发现缓解该症状的特效药物。笔者从机制方面寻找可能抑制COVID-19细胞因子风暴的药物,如白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α拮抗剂、糖皮质激素、肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂和他汀类药物等,为COVID-19临床用药和治疗方案的制定提供参考。

Some COVID-19 patients’ condition suddenly turned into a critical illness, which may be closely related to the cytokine storm caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection. So far, no specific drug has been found to relieve the symptoms. In this paper, we look for drugs that may inhibit the cytokine storm of COVID-19, such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α antagonists, glucocorticoids, renin-angiotensin system inhibitors, and statins, so as to provide reference for clinical medication and treatment program of COVID-19.
