“调气扶土”针法治疗贝尔麻痹急性期的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of "Regulating Qi and Supporting Earth" Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Bell Paralysis

目的:观察"调气扶土"针法治疗贝尔麻痹急性期的疗效。方法:将60例贝尔麻痹急性期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别采用面瘫常规针刺治疗和"调气扶土"针法治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后面神经功能评分、面部血流灌注情况、并发症情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后面神经功能评分、面部血流灌注量均显著改善(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者面神经功能评分、面部血流灌注量、并发症发生情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,其并发症少于对照组。结论:"调气扶土"针法治疗贝尔麻痹急性期有效,能一定程度上降低并发症的发生,明显改善患侧血流灌注量。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture method of "regulating Qi and supporting earth" in the treatment of Bell’s paralysis. Methods: Totally 60 patients with acute Bell paralysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, respectively treated by routine acupuncture of facial paralysis and acupuncture of "regulating Qi and supporting earth". The neurological function score, facial blood perfusion and complications were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:Compared with those before treatment, the neurological function score and facial blood perfusion volume were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). There were significant differences in neurological function score, facial blood perfusion volume and complications between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group showed better improvement and less complication than control group. Conclusion: The acupuncture method of "regulating Qi and supporting earth" is effective in the treatment of acute Bell paralysis,and it can reduce the occurrence of complications to a certain extent and significantly improve the amount of blood perfusion on the affected side.
