摘要
通过整理、阅读与分析基于功能磁共振成像(f MRI)技术研究针刺神门穴的相关文献,探索生理与病理状态下针刺神门穴特异性激活脑区的情况。手少阴心经神门穴激活的脑区与经络循行密切相关,会形成复杂协调功能连接效应,激活的脑区多与自身情绪控制与情绪加工相关,印证了"心主神明"的中医理论。运用f MRI技术在无创条件下分析神经系统内的化学变化及其神经活动或行为的相关性,揭示针刺神门穴治疗阿尔茨海默病、失眠症及精神发育迟滞等神志方面疾病内在疗效机制。f MRI具有可精确定位的时空分辨性,结合多样化数据处理方法,以功能分化和功能整合为处理原则,为针刺脑效应提供更广泛的理论支持。
The specific activation of brain regions by acupuncture at Shenmen point under physiological and pathological conditions was explored through systematically collating, studying and analyzing the relevant literature on acupuncture at Shenmen based on functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI). The activated brain areas of Shenmen point of hand Shaoyin heart meridian were closely related to the circulation of meridians and collaterals, which will form a complex coordination function connection effect. The activated brain areas were mostly related to their own emotional control and emotional processing, which confirmed the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "heart xin zhu shen ming". fMRI technique was used to analyze the chemical changes and the correlation of nerve activity or behavior in the nervous system under non-invasive conditions, and to reveal the internal therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture at Shenmen point in the treatment of mental diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, insomnia and mental retardation. fMRI has the space-time resolution which can be accurately located, combined with a variety of data processing methods, with functional differentiation and functional integration as the processing principle, to provide more extensive theoretical support for acupuncture brain effect.
