基于VOSviewer软件研究中医药治疗白塞病用药规律

Study on the Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Behcet’s Disease Based on VOSviewer Software

目的:探讨中医药治疗白塞病用药规律。方法:检讨中国知网、万方、维普、SinoMed数据库2000年1月至2020年4月1日收录的中医药治疗白塞病的临床文献。将收集的处方进行拆分,分别对组方药物的功效、性味和归经进行频次分析,运用VOSviewer软件进行关联性聚类分析。结果:纳入214篇文献,274首有效方剂、275味药物。高频药物中,以清热药和补虚药为主,药性上以寒、平、温性药为主,药味以甘、苦、辛味药为主,归经上以脾经、胃经、心经为主;通过VOSviewer软件可视化分析得到4个聚类,聚类1以活血化瘀药、清热凉血药和清热解毒药物为主,聚类2以补益肝肾药物为主,聚类3以《金匮要略》狐惑病经方组成药物为主,聚类4以清肝利湿药物为主。结论:中医药治疗白塞病的用药规律符合中医对于白塞病病因病机的认识,有一定的规律可循,可为临床用药提供思路。

Objective: To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Behcet’s disease. Methods: The clinical literature of Behcet’s disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2000 to April 1, 2020 were reviewed in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and sinomed databases. The collected prescriptions were separated, and the efficacy, nature, taste and meridian tropism of the prescription drugs were analyzed respectively. The VOSviewer software was used for correlation cluster analysis. Results: Two hundred and fourteen documents, 274 effective prescriptions, and 275 drugs were included. Among the high frequency drugs, heat-clearing and deficiency-tonifying drugs were predominant, cold, flat and warming drugs were predominant, sweet, bitter and pungent drugs were predominant, and spleen, stomach and heart meridians were predominant. 4 clusters were obtained through VOSviewer software visualization and analysis, cluster 1 was predominantly blood-vitalizing and stasis-clearing and blood-cooling drugs, cluster 2 was predominantly liver-and kidney-tonifying drugs, and cluster 3 was predominantly the sutra composition drugs for the treatment of foxhole disease in the Golden Scarcity are mainly used, and cluster 4 is dominated by liver-clearing and dampness-clearing drugs. Conclusion: The medication rules of TCM for the treatment of Behcet’s disease are in line with TCM’s understanding of the causes and mechanisms of Behcet’s disease, and there are certain rules to follow, which can provide ideas for clinical medication.
