基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Cough Variant Asthma Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Citespace

目的:挖掘中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的主要研究内容、研究前沿、作者与机构合作网络。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中1995年6月20日至2020年4月1日中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行作者、机构和关键词的可视化聚类分析与共现分析。结果:检索出1 795篇文献,文献量自2000年开始逐渐增长至2010年,2010年以后快速增长,每年发文量都在100篇以上,呈稳步上升趋势;作者共现分析得出以晁恩祥为核心的团队图谱;主要机构与合作关系图谱Density=0.004 8;关键词聚类分析得到13个聚类,主要有分型、穴、复发率、研究进展、中医药疗法、免疫功能、中西医结合治疗等;突现分析得出25个突现词,咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病群体以小儿为主,中医药疗法多样化,且以地龙为主的虫类药应用广受关注。结论:中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘主要研究内容包括小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘、辨证论治、名医经验、药物临床试验等,当前的研究热点以小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘、名医经验、外治法、临床疗效为主,已形成相对较稳定的研究团队,但机构间合作联系较为分散。

Objective: To explore the main research contents, research frontiers and cooperation network of authors and institutions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods:The literature of Chinese medicine for cough variant asthma was searched from June 20, 1995 to April 1, 2020 in CNKI. The authors, institutions and keywords were analyzed by visual clustering and co-occurrence analysis with Cite Space software. Results: A total of 1 795 articles were retrieved, and the number of articles gradually increased from 2000 to 2010. After 2010, the number of articles published each year was more than 100, showing a steady upward trend. The author co-occurrence analysis showed that CHAO En-xiang was the core of the team map, and the relationship between major institutions and cooperation map density was 0.0048. Keywords cluster analysis obtained 13 clusters, mainly including classification, acupoint, recurrence rate, research progress,traditional Chinese medicine therapy, immune function, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, etc. 25 emergent words were obtained by emergent analysis. Children were the main group of CVA,and TCM therapy was diversified, and the application of insect medicine based on Dilong(Pheretima) was widely concerned. Conclusion: The main research contents of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma include children cough variant asthma, syndrome differentiation and treatment, famous doctors’ experience, drug clinical trials, etc. The current research hotspots are mainly children cough variant asthma, famous doctors’ experience, external treatment, and clinical curative effect. A relatively stable research team has been formed, but the cooperation between institutions is scattered.
