摘要
目的:研究中医药防治肾纤维化(RF)的现状、热点及趋势,形成可视化图谱,为中医药防治RF发展提供研究方向。方法:应用VOSviewer与CiteSpace可视化软件对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于中医药防治RF的相关文献进行发文趋势、作者、机构、关键词可视化分析。结果:1998—2020年累计发文1 641篇,2006年后年均发文量达80篇以上。核心作者90位,其中何立群为最高产作者,发文量94篇。上海中医药大学附属曙光医院是该领域最核心研究机构。研究热点经聚类分析,形成了糖尿病肾病(DN)、苦参碱、网络药理学、实验研究、细胞信号通路、血管紧张素Ⅱ、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)七大聚类。氧化应激、炎症、TGF-β/Smad信号通路、DN是未来研究热点。结论:知识图谱分析直观地展示了中医药防治RF的研究现状和热点,氧化应激、炎症、TGF-β/Smad信号通路、DN是未来中医药防治RF的研究热点。
Objective: To study the current status, hotspot and trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM in the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis(RF), then to provide research direction for the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis with TCM. Methods: Vosviewer and CiteSpace visualization software were used to analyze the publication trend, authors, institutions and keywords of literatures related to TCM prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis in CNKI database. Results: A total of 1 641 articles were published from 1998 to 2020 and the average annual publication amount reached more than 80 articles after 2006. There are 90 core authors,among which HE Li-qun is the most prolific author with 94 papers. Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the core research institution in this field. Seven clusters were formed, including diabetic nephropathy, matrine, network pharmacology, experimental research, cell signaling pathway, angiotensin Ⅱ and connective tissue growth factor. Oxidative stress, inflammation, TGF-β/smad signaling pathway, diabetic nephropathy(DN) are still the future research hotspots. Conclusion: Knowledge map analysis intuitively shows the research status and hotspots of TCM prevention and treatment of RF, oxidative stress,inflammation, TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway and DN are the future research hotspots of TCM prevention and treatment of RF.
