益气滋阴补肾汤辅助麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect and Cardiac Function of Yiqi Ziyin Bushen Decoction Combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究益气滋阴补肾汤辅助麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月冠心病心绞痛患者114例,按照随机数字表法分为单用组、联合组,各57例。单用组采用麝香保心丸,联合组在单用组基础上采用益气滋阴补肾汤。比较2组疗效,治疗前、治疗20 d后中医证候积分、心功能[左心射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(CO)]、血液流变学(血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度)及不良反应。结果联合组总有效率94.74%高于单用组82.46%(P <0.05);治疗20 d后联合组中医证候积分低于单用组(P <0.05);治疗20 d后联合组LVEF、CO大于单用组(P <0.05);治疗20 d后联合组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度低于单用组(P <0.05);联合组不良反应发生率5.26%低于单用组(P <0.05)。结论益气滋阴补肾汤辅助麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,能降低中医证候积分,提升心功能,改善血液流变学,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Ziyin Bushen decoction assisted by Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 114 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into a single group and a combination group,with 57 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Shexiang Baoxin pill was used in the single use group,while Yiqi Ziyin Bushen decoction was used in the combined group on the basis of the single use group. The efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and cardiac function [left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),stroke volume( CO) ],hemorheology( plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity) and adverse reactions before treatment and 20 days after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 94. 74% higher than that of the single-use group 82. 46%( P < 0. 05). After 20 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the single-use group( P < 0. 05). After 20 days of treatment,the LVEF and CO of the combined group were greater than those of the single-use group( P < 0. 05). After 20 days of treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,and whole blood low-shear viscosity of the combined group were lower than those of the single-use group( P < 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate of 5. 26% in the combined group was lower than that in the single-use group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Yiqi Ziyin Bushen decoction assisted with Shexiang Baoxin pills is effective in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris.It can reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve heart function,improve blood rheology,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
