黄芪建中汤加减对腹泻患儿免疫功能及血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平的影响

Effects of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Immune Function and Serum IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α Levels in Children with Diarrhea

目的探讨黄芪建中汤加减对腹泻患儿免疫功能及血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年8月收治的腹泻患儿80例,随机将其分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组给予思密达进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予黄芪建中汤加减进行治疗,7 d为一个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患儿治疗后大便正常时间、大便形状正常时间、日均大便次数,治疗前后的血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平及血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后,试验组患儿大便正常时间及大便形状正常时间短于对照组,日均大便次数少于对照组;治疗后,2组患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平较治疗前均显著升高,且试验组明显较对照组高;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患儿血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平均降低,且对照组下降率低于试验组(均P <0.05)。讨论黄芪建中汤加减可有效改善腹泻患儿免疫功能,同时降低患儿血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平,有效抑制机体炎性反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on immune function and serum IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α levels in children with diarrhea. Method Eighty children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the control group( n = 40) and the treatment group( n = 40) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with smecta,and the treatment group was treated with modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the basis of the control group. 7 d was one course of treatment,and the two groups received a total of 2 courses. The normal time of stool,normal time of stool shape and average daily number of stools were compared between the two groups after treatment,serum Ig A,Ig G and Ig M levels and serum IL-6,TNF-α and IL-17 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the normal time and shape of stools in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the daily number of stools was less than that in the control group. Compared with before treatment,after treatment,serum Ig A,Ig G and Ig M levels of children in both groups increased,and the control group was lower than the treatment group. Compared with before treatment,serum IL-6,TNF-αand IL-17 levels in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction could effectively improve the immune function of children with diarrhea,reduce the levels of serum IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α,and effectively inhibit the occurrence of inflammatory response and improve the therapeutic effect.
