黄芪益肺汤治疗煤工尘肺叁期25例

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Yifei Decoction in Treating Stage Ⅲ Coal Worker’s Pneumoconiosis for 25 Cases

目的观察黄芪益肺汤治疗煤工尘肺叁期的临床疗效。方法将50例煤工尘肺患者根据年龄按随机数字表法随机分为2组,每组25例。对照组予常规治疗方案,治疗组在常规治疗基础加用黄芪益肺汤,2组疗程均为3个月。观察比较2组中医证候积分、圣乔治呼吸疾病问卷(SGRQ)评分、肺功能等指标。结果治疗组治疗前后中医证候积分、SGRQ评分、肺功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组治疗前后中医证候积分、SGRQ评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组在降低中医证候积分、提升肺功能、改善患者生活质量方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论黄芪益肺汤可提高煤工尘肺叁期患者生活质量,一定程度上改善肺功能,且经济安全,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Yifei decoction in treating stage Ⅲ coal worker’s pneumoconiosis.Methods 50 coal workers’ pneumoconiosis patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their age and random number table method,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was given Huangqi Yifei decoction on the basis of routine treatment. The course of treatment of both groups was 3 months. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,St. George ’s respiratory disease questionnaire( SGRQ) score,lung function and other indicators were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in TCM symptom score,SGRQ score and lung function before and after treatment in the treatment group( P < 0. 05). The difference of TCM symptom score and SGRQ score in control group before and after treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing TCM symptom score,improving lung function and improving patients’ quality of life,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Huangqi Yifei decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with stage Ⅲ coal worker’s pneumoconiosis,improve the lung function to a certain extent,and it is economical,safe and is worthy of popularization and application.
