化瘀愈膝汤治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huayu Yuxi Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Traumatic Knee Synovitis

目的观察化瘀愈膝汤治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎72例,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组各36例,对照组采用内科保守治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用化瘀愈膝汤治疗。2组均治疗7 d。结果 2组治疗后膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度评分及CRP、ESR、IL-1、IL-6较本组治疗前均降低(P <0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05);2组治疗后KSS评分较本组治疗前均升高(P <0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论化瘀愈膝汤治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎,能够改善临床症状及膝关节功能评分,降低炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Yuxi decoction in the treatment of acute traumatic knee joint synovitis.Methods 72 patients with acute traumatic knee synovitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with internal medicine conservatively. The treatment group was treated with Huayu Yuxi decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. Results Knee pain,swelling,activity score,and CRP,ESR,IL-1,and IL-6 were lower in the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The KSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group( P <0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Huayu Yuxi decoction can improve acute traumatic knee joint synovitis,improve clinical symptoms and knee function score,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and improve clinical efficacy.
