条口透承山针刺配合局部取穴对肩周炎患者肩关节功能和疼痛的影响

Effect of Strip Penetrating Chengshan Acupuncture Combined with Local Acupoint Selection on Shoulder Joint Function and Pain in Patients with Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探讨条口透承山针刺配合局部取穴对肩周炎患者肩关节功能和疼痛的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年5月在沈阳市骨科医院承基医院软伤科50例肩周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组25例。对照组常规治疗,试验组采取条口透承山针刺配合局部取穴治疗,比较2组患者治疗后,视觉模拟疼痛评分VAS指标,肩关节功能Melle评分、生活质量ADL评分。结果试验组治疗后第1周,第2周,第3周视觉模拟疼痛评分VAS指标少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),试验组患者治疗后Melle评分、ADL评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对肩周炎患者采取条口透承山针刺配合局部取穴的临床效果显著,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of strip penetrating Chengshan acupuncture combined with local acupoint selection on shoulder joint function and pain in patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Methods From June 2019 to May 2020 in soft injury department of Chengji Hospital of Shenyang Orthopedic Hospital,50 patients with periarthritis of shoulder,according to random number table method group,were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group took strip penetrating Chengshan acupuncture combined with local acupoint selection. After treatment,visual analog pain score VAS indicators,Melle score comparison of shoulder joint function and ADL scores,quality of life was compared. Results VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group in the first week,the second week and the third week after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Melle scores and ADL scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For the patients with periarthritis of shoulder,the clinical effect of strip penetrating Chengshan acupuncture combined with local acupoint selection is remarkable,which can relieve the pain and improve the quality of life.
