化瘀通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Analysis on the Value of Huayu Tongmai Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究冠心病心绞痛应用化瘀通脉汤联合西药治疗的临床价值。方法按照抽样方法对2018年2月—2019年12月收治的94例冠心病心绞痛患者开展研究,经电脑随机法分为对照组(47例)单独采用西药疗法,研究组(47例)联合采用化瘀通脉汤、西药疗法,比较2组临床效果差异(总有效率、中医证候积分、不良反应、每周心绞痛发作频率等)。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(78.78%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组中医证候积分(6.07±0.15)分、每周心绞痛发作频率(2.03±0.33)次/周均少于对照组(10.05±1.11)分、(4.25±1.17)次/周,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(6.38%)高于对照组(4.26%),但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论采用通脉汤剂联合西药方案治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效确切,可有效延缓病情进展,改善症状,控制心绞痛发作频率,减少不良反应,值得优选。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Huayu Tongmai decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris. Method According to the sampling method,94 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group( 47 cases) treated with western medicine alone and study group( 47 cases) combined with Huayu Tongmai decoction and western medicine therapy. The clinical effect differences( total effective rate,TCM symptom score,adverse reactions,weekly angina pectoris,frequency,etc.) between the two groups were compared. Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group( 95. 74%) was higher than that of the control group( 78. 78%),and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The TCM symptom score of the study group( 6. 07 ± 0. 15) and the frequency of angina pectoris attack per week( 2. 03 ± 0. 33) times/week were less than those of the control group( 10. 05 ± 1. 11) points and( 4. 25 ± 1. 17) times/week,and there had significant difference( P < 0. 05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significant. The birth rate( 6. 38%) was higher than that of the control group( 4. 26%),but there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Tongmai decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can effectively delay the progress of the disease,improve symptoms,control the frequency of angina pectoris and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of optimization.
