自拟安胎丸联合黄体酮治疗脾肾阳虚型滑胎效果及对HCG、E_(2)的影响

The Effect of Self-made Antai Pill Combined with Progesterone in the Treatment of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Habitual Abortion and Its Influence on HCG and E

目的研究自拟安胎丸联合黄体酮治疗脾肾阳虚型滑胎效果及对HCG、E_(2)的影响。方法选取收治的60例脾肾阳虚型滑胎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组使用黄体酮肌肉注射治疗,试验组则联合自拟安胎丸治疗,治疗周期为14 d。比较2组临床总有效率,治疗前后中医证候积分的变化以及血清HCG、E_(2)的变化。结果试验组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组面色无华、夜尿频多、腰酸、腹部坠痛、阴道出血积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清E_(2)、HCG水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论自拟安胎丸联合黄体酮可有效改善脾肾阳虚型滑胎患者临床证候,调节内分泌激素水平,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of self-made Antai pill combined with progesterone on yang deficiency of spleen and kidney habitual abortion and its influence on HCG and E_(2). Methods 60 cases of spleen-kidney yang deficiency habitual abortion patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with progesterone intramuscular injection,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Antai pill with a treatment cycle of 14 days. The total clinical effective rate,the change of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and the change of serum HCG and E_(2) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93. 33%,which was higher than 66. 67% of the control group. Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of pale complexion,frequent night urination,lumbar acid,abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding in the two groups all decreased,and the experimental group were lower than the control group. Compared with before treatment,serum E_(2) and HCG levels in both groups increased after treatment,and the experimental group were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Self-made Antai pill combined with progesterone can effectively improve the clinical syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type habitual abortion patients,regulate the level of endocrine hormones,and has a significant effect.
