中医药内外结合治疗神经源性膀胱尿潴留

Combined application of Chinese herbal medicine internal and external therapy for neurogenic bladder urinary retention

神经源性膀胱尿潴留,属于中医"癃闭"的范畴。历代医家在论述外邪侵袭致癃闭的时候,大多从湿热之邪的角度进行阐述。童延清教授根据"三因原则"指出:东北地区地势高远、气候苦寒,寒邪侵袭,久居体内,下藏于肾,冷结关元,气凝不化,而致肾与膀胱功能失调,可发生"癃闭"。童延清教授在治疗癃闭下焦寒湿证的患者时,治疗上主张以温肾助阳,泄浊通利之法。

Objective Neurogenic bladder urinary retention belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine "Long Bi". When the physicians of the past dynasties discussed the encroachment caused by the invasion of exogenous evil,they mostly explained it from the perspective of the evil of damp and heat. Professor Tong pointed out according to the"three-cause principle": the northeast region has high terrain,bitter cold climate,and cold evil invasion. And cause kidney and bladder dysfunction,and "closure"can occur. Professor Tong advocates the method of warming the kidney and assisting yang,and relieving turbidity and inducing diuresis in the treatment of patients with cold and dampness.
