中医辨证治疗枕大神经痛探析

Analysis on the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Greater Occipital Neuralgia Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的中医辨证分型探讨枕大神经痛的病因病机、治疗方法,论述中医药治疗枕大神经痛的优势。方法根据临床表现(症状、舌脉等四诊信息)分为太阳头疼、厥阴头疼、瘀血头疼、风热头疼4型辨证治疗。结果枕大神经痛多以感受六淫外感,外邪侵袭太阳经脉和厥阴经脉,以致太阳、厥阴经气不疏,浊邪上踞,清阳之气被遏,上扰清窍,表现为头痛连项或巅顶痛,本病多属实证,久则虚实夹杂。结论中医在治疗枕大神经痛等神经疼痛性疾病,应用前景广泛,灵活辨证施治常有令人满意的效果。

Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of greater occipital neuralgia based on syndrome differentiation,and to discuss the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of occipital great neuralgia.Methods According to the clinical manifestations( symptoms,four diagnostic information such as tongue and vein),the patients were divided into four types of syndrome differentiation therapy: Taiyang headache,Jueyin headache,blood stasis headache and wind heat headache.Results Occiput great neuralgia mostly felt six exogenous senses,exogenous pathogenic factors invaded the Taiyang meristem and Jueyin meristem,so that the Taiyang Jueyin meristem was not separated from the qi,the qi of Qingyang was suppressed,and the qi of Qingyang was disturbed and emptied,presenting with headache or pain at the top of the head. Conclusion TCM has a wide application prospect in the treatment of neuropathic pain such as occipital great neuralgia,and the flexible and dialectical treatment often has satisfactory results.
