针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

Progress of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc

腰椎间盘突出症是由于纤维环破裂后,导致髓核突出,压迫神经根的一种疾病,临床主要表现为腰部活动障碍、下肢放射痛、脊柱侧弯等,对患者日常生活、工作及学习造成不良影响。目前临床治疗该疾病多采用物理、药物、针灸等方式,其中以针药结合治疗效果较为突出,但各类治疗方案较多,效果参差不齐。此研究将既往治疗腰椎间盘突出症各类针药结合方式进行综述,旨在为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。

Lumbar disc herniation( LDH) is a kind of disease that results in nucleus pulposus protrusion and nerve root compression after the rupture of annulus fibrosus. The main clinical manifestations are lumbar dyskinesia,radiation pain of lower limbs,scoliosis,etc.,which has adverse effects on patients’ daily life,work and study. At present,the clinical treatment of the disease mostly uses the methods of physics,medicine,acupuncture and so on. Among them,the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine is more prominent,but there are many kinds of treatment schemes,and the effect is uneven. In this study,the previous treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined with acupuncture and medicine were reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
