摘要
凤凰颈泵站工程为双向"X"型流道,根据该工程改建设计方案,在满足相似准则的条件下构建了比尺为1∶50的水工整体模型,对排涝工况下的前池流态进行模型试验研究。原设计方案下,前池内立向流场较差,且不合理的前池坡比会产生较多的示踪沙聚积现象。为改善前池不良流态,提出了增设镂空整流梁与改进前池坡比的试验方案,经试验研究发现,采用增设镂空整流梁与改进前池1∶5坡比的综合整流措施整流效果最佳,对前池立向流场不良流态的消除效果最好,亦能有效改善前池底部示踪沙聚积的现象。
The project of Fenghuangjing pump station is a two-way X-shape flow channel.According to the reconstruction design scheme of the project,a hydraulic integral model with a scale of 1:50 is constructed under the condition of meeting the similar criteria,and a model test is carried out for the flow state of the forebay under the drainage condition.Under the original design scheme,the vertical flow field in the forebay was poor,and the unreasonable forebay slope ratio would cause more tracer sand accumulation.In order to improve the unfavorable flow pattern of the forebay,the test scheme of adding a hollow rectifier beam and improving the forebay slope ratio was proposed.The experimental research found that the comprehensive rectification measures of adding a hollow rectifying beam and improving the 1:5 slope ratio of the forebay had the best rectification effect,which has the best effect on eliminating bad flow patterns in the vertical flow field of the forebay,and can effectively improve the phenomenon of trace sand accumulation at the bottom of the forebay.
