跨区域大型梯级排水泵站群联合调度方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 为解决滨海地区大型梯级排水泵站群工程建成后的调度运行问题,以姚江二通道(慈江)工程为例,依据工程所在流域闸泵工程运行特点及防汛管理需求,依托甬江流域洪水模拟模型,通过建立基于本工程的"河—闸—泵"匹配及转换机制,构建分级调度控制指标体系,研究制定覆盖洪水全过程的梯级排水泵站群联合调度方案。结果表明,该调度方案在应对台风过程中能发挥较好作用。研究成果可作为工程后续调度运行的重要依据,亦可为类似工程或河湖闸泵群防洪排涝系统调度研究提供参考。 In order to solve the operation problem of large cascade drainage pumping stations in coastal area after completion,the second channel of Yaojiang River(Cijiang) project is taken as the research object.According to the operation characteristics of sluice pump project in the basin where the project is located and the flood control management requirements,relying on the flood simulation model of Yongjiang River Basin,the "river-sluice-pump" matching and conversion mechanism based on the project is established to construct hierarchical dispatching control index system.And then the joint operation scheme of cascade drainage pumping stations covering the whole flood process is formulated.The results show that the scheduling scheme can play a good role in dealing with typhoon.The research results can be used as an important basis for the subsequent operation of the project,and can also provide reference for similar projects or flood control and drainage system of river-lake-sluice pump group.
