摘要
在水泵或水轮发电机等机械设备的安装与检修中,联轴器同轴度的检测调整是一道细致而又费时的工序,该道工序的质量直接影响机械设备之间动力传递的质量和效率。针对传统同轴度检测装置存在狭窄空间难以安装、人员识读数据困难等缺点,研制了一种新的测量装置视频显微法,该装置采用电子显微镜、手持终端及无线传输、显微测量、数字计算等新技术和设备。实例应用结果表明,该装置方便、高效,易于在联轴器类机械的同轴度检测与调整中推广应用,可显著提高设备安装与检修工作质量与效率。
In the installation and maintenance of machinery equipment such as water pump or hydro-generator,the detection and adjustment of coupling coaxiality is a meticulous and time-consuming process,the quality of which directly affects the quality and efficiency of power transmission between machinery and equipment.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional coaxial degree detection device that is difficult to be installed and read the data owing to the narrow space,this paper developed a new video microscopy method for detection device,which is applied to electronic microscope,handheld terminals and wireless transmission,microscopic measurement,digital computing and other new technology and equipment.The case application shows that this device has the technical features of convenient and high efficiency,which is easy to be alignment detection and adjustment of a machine in the coupling of popularization and application,and can significantly improve the quality of equipment installation and maintenance work and efficiency.
