马克思主义政党与其成员之间存在着一种独特的使命型契约:社会个体对政党的主义与价值特别是政党使命高度认同,自愿加入政党,把自己的权利乃至生命让渡给组织,承诺严格遵守党的规章制度,自觉履行党员义务,为政党使命的实现不懈奋斗。形势的复杂严峻与使命的光荣艰巨是使命型契约订立的两大基础性背景因素。意识形态的引领性、契约内容的义务性、契约关系的权威—服从性、契约履行的风险性、契约违反的强惩戒性是使命型契约的特点。这种使命型契约发挥着思想的向心凝聚、决策的有效执行、群众的带动引领作用。今天要更好发挥使命型契约的作用,契约设定的使命蓝图就必须与现实有效对接,契约明确宣示的指导思想就必须与时俱进,契约就必须规定更严格的评价与监督机制、更严格的惩戒与退出机制。

There is a unique contract bestowed with missions between Marxist party and its members:social individuals identify the party’s doctrine and value highly,especially the party’s mission,join the party voluntarily,transfer their rights and even their lives to the organization,commit to abide by the party’s rules and regulations strictly,fulfill the obligations of party members consciously,and work for the realization of the party’s mission tirelessly.The complexity,severity of the situation,and the glory,arduousness of the mission are the two fundamental background factors for the conclusion of the contract bestowed with missions.The characteristics of contract bestowed with missions are guidance of ideology,the obligation of the contract content,the authority of contract relationship-obedience,the risk of contract fulfillment,and the strong punishment of contract violation.This kind of mission-type contract plays a central role in the cohesion of ideas,the effective implementation of decision-making,and the leading role of the masses.To give full play to the role of the contract bestowed with missions today,the mission blueprint set by the contract must be connected with reality effectively,the guiding ideology stated clearly in the contract must advance with the times,and the contract must stipulate stricter evaluation and supervision mechanisms,as well as stricter punishment and withdrawal mechanism.
