摘要
社会主义市场经济经由1992年"定向"、2013年"定型"、2019年"定位"过程,替代计划经济成为新建社会主义基本经济制度中"普照的光":一是重塑了先进生产力共富生产关系目标,深化了社会主义本质;二是修正了公有制按劳分配原则,更新了社会主义基本特征;三是完善了科技发展的开放发展体制,创新了社会主义运行机制。
The socialist market economy has replaced the planned economy as the "universal light" in the new socialist basic economic system through the process of "orientation" in 1992, "finalization" in 2013,and "positioning" in 2019.First,it has reshaped advanced productive forces.The goal of co-prosperity production relations has deepened the essence of socialism.Second,the principle of public ownership distribution according to work has been revised,and the basic characteristics of socialism have been updated.Third,the system for scientific and technological development and open development has been improved,and the socialist operating mechanism has been innovated.
