摘要
以学员为对象的问卷调研结果表明,契约学习模式的应用存在规模小、质量低等问题。应用能力偏弱、师生平等协商意识不强、阶段纰漏较多和应用弹性不足是制约契约学习模式应用效果的主要原因。成人高校应提升契约学习模式应用意识和应用频率,强化师生的平等协商精神和契约责任,夯实契约学习的阶段和步骤,提升契约学习模式应用的灵活性和创造性。
The questionnaire survey results on higher vocational students show that the application of contract learning mode has problems such as small scale and low teaching quality. The weak application ability, the weak sense of equal consultation between teachers and students, the lack of stage leakage and the lack of application flexibility are the main reasons for restricting the application effect of contract learning mode. Adult colleges should enhance the application awareness and application frequency of contract learning mode, strengthen the equal consultation spirit and contractual responsibility of teachers and students, consolidate the stages and steps of contract learningmode,and enhance the flexibility and creativity of contract learning mode application.
