On the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum in Open Education

摘要 将课程思政向开放教育领域推进,是课程思政走向终身教育的重要环节。开放教育的课程思政建设对于完善自身意义重大,还对线上课程思政教学、课程思政资源建设、面向在职学习者的课程思政教学具有良好指导意义。开放教育的课程思政建设面临师资复杂多样、学习者工学矛盾突出、教学组织层级化、学习者学习自助化等挑战。开放教育课程思政建设,应采取"回归、融合、适需、泛在、一体"的理念,采用"导、训、建、用、评"一体化的建设方法,通过建立推引结合的课程思政建设机制,培养德能双修的课程思政教师,建设适需泛在的课程思政资源,实施学用一体的课程思政教学,开展多元一体的课程思政评价,达成课程思政的体系化建设目标。 It is important to promote ideological and political education in curriculum in open education, for it’s essential in lifelong education. And it’s instructive for the online teaching practice, the construction of learning resources and the teaching for on-job learners. But it is not easy to promote ideological and political education in curriculum in open education, for such challenges as the complicatied teachers and students, layered teaching mode and the self-help learning style. It is necessary to adopt the ideas of regression, integration, suitability, ubiquity, and unity, and the integrated constructional method of guide, training, construction, use, evaluation to promote ideological and political education in curriculum systematically.
