低黏度高折光双醚芴丙烯酸酯的制备及性能研究

摘要 本文设计合成了一种低黏度高折光指数的光固化双醚芴丙烯酸酯。首先以双醚芴(BPEF)与己内酯(CL)为原料,通过双醚芴开环己内酯得到含有脂肪链的中间产物(BC)。通过酰基化反应向中间产物中引入丙烯酸双键,得到己内酯改性双醚芴丙烯酸酯(BCAC)。使用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪以及凝胶渗透色谱仪表征证明了目标产物的成功合成,并通过改变己内酯投料比合成不同的产物,探究了不同脂肪链含量产物对涂料黏度、涂层折光指数等性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着己内酯引入量的增加,涂料的黏度与涂层折光指数呈现同步下降趋势。其中产物BCAC-1∶0.5涂料在折光指数相比商品化树脂涂料(A-BPEF)只损失1.02%的同时,黏度可降低至商品化树脂涂料的28.1%。 In this paper,the synthesis of a low-viscosity and high-refractive index UVcuring bisphenoxyethanolfluorene acrylate was described. First,using bisphenoxyethanol fluorene(BPEF) and caprolactone(CL) as raw materials,a intermediate product(BC)containing aliphatic chain was obtained by ring-opening reaction of cyclocaprolactone and BPEF. Then,acrylic acid double bonds were introduced into the intermediate product through acylation reaction to obtain the acrylic acid-modified bisphenoxyethanolfluorene acrylate(BCAC). The characterization by use of FT-IR,NMR,and gel permeation chromatograph proved the successful synthesis of the target product,and various products were synthesized by changing the feed ratio of caprolactone. The influence of different aliphatic chain content on coatings viscosity and refractive index was investigated. The research results showed that both the viscosity and refractive index of the coatings decreased with the increase of the amount of caprolactone incorporated. Of which,the refractive index of the coatings BCAC-1∶0. 5 was only reduced by 1. 02% compared with the commercial coatings(A-BPEF),while the viscosity reduced by 28. 1% compared with the commercial coatings.
