环保型低表面处理环氧厚浆涂料在水工钢闸门防腐维修中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对水工钢闸门防腐维修中存在的施工粉尘锌尘污染和涂料毒性污染问题,分析了环保型低表面处理环氧厚浆涂料作为高固体分溶剂型涂料的环保优势。通过该涂料在江苏省扬州市万福闸淡水环境闸门的试点应用和7 a的跟踪观察,用外观检查和数据检测分析了该试点涂层在淡水环境中的良好耐久性能。为了使该类型涂料适用于各种复杂环境,进一步对该涂料进行性能提升研究,升级后的涂料将在江苏省海水污水环境钢闸门防腐维修中试用并跟踪观察,以验证其对此类环境的适用性。环保型低表面处理涂料可做到绿色涂料、绿色涂装,在水工钢闸门防腐维修中的应用前景可瞻。 In view of the problems of dust and zinc dust pollution as well as coatings toxicity pollution during the application of corrosion protection maintenance of hydraulic steel gate,the environmental friendly advantages of the benzene free,non-toxic and surface tolerant epoxy high build coatings,as a high solid solventborne coatings was analyzed. Through the pilot application of the coatings in the fresh water gate of Wanfu in Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province and 7-year follow-up observation,the coating’s good durability in the fresh water environment was analyzed by appearance inspection and data collection. In order to let the coatings suitable for different complicated environments,the performance of this coating was improved and upgraded,which would be used in the anti-corrosion maintenance of steel gate in seawater or sewage environment of Jiangsu Province,to verify its applicability to these environments through follow-up observation. The environment-friendly surface tolerant could be formulated into a green coatings,and presented a bright future in the application of anticorrosion maintenance of hydraulic steel gates.
