摘要 动态模拟试验是当前防污漆型式检验重要项目之一,旨在模拟船舶运营时"航行-停泊"反复循环的运行模式,依据标准GB/T 7789-2007《船舶防污漆防污性能动态试验方法》进行试验考察防污漆综合性能。本文通过实际调研、考察试验、以往试验积累,浅析模拟线速度、航停比、性能评定等标准技术内容,对标准内涵、试验现象加以甄别讨论,冀此丰富标准内容,有助于实际操作,推广其应用。 Dynamic simulation test is one of the important items in the current antifoulingtype inspection, which aims to simulate the repeated operation mode of“navigation-berth”during ship operation and test the comprehensive performance of antifouling paint according tothe standard GB/T 7789- 2007 “Dynamic Test Method for Performance of Marine AntifoulingPaint”. Based on actual investigation, the special tests and accumulation of previous tests,abrief analysis of the technical context in the standard was conducted , such as the simulatedlinear velocity , the ratio of sailing/berthing time , performance evaluation, etc. , and identifiedand discussed the connotation of the standard and test phenomena, so as to enrich the standardcontent , help the practical operation,and popularize its application.
