论井冈山斗争时期党的廉政建设的特点及经验教训

On the Characteristics of and Lessons from theParty s Clean Government Construction During the Jinggangshan Struggle

井冈山斗争时期以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人创建了井冈山革命根据地,为应对党所面临的挑战,保持党的革命性和先进性,党进行了史无成法的廉政建设探索和实践,这些廉政建设呈现出激烈的斗争与廉政建设同时并举、廉政建设在与"左"倾错误的斗争中进行、廉政建设与党的中心任务相契合的特点;也提供了思想上建党是党的廉政建设的灵魂、制度建设是党的廉政建设的保障、领导干部以身作则是党的廉政建设重要条件的廉政建设经验。

During the Jinggangshan struggle,the Jinggangshan revolutionary base was established by the Communist Party of China(CPC)represented by Mao Zedong.To rise up to the challenges facing the Party and maintain its advancement and capability of revolution,CPC made unprecedented efforts in the exploration and practice of a clean government construction.In the course,there are three striking characteristics:co-existence of a clean government construction and fierce conflicts from within the Party,the construction of a clean government in the fight against the wrong“left”,the conformity of a clean government construction to the prime task of the Party.Three lessons can be learned from this period:ideological construction is the priority in the building of a clean government;system construction is the guarantee,and leading cadres are the prerequisite.
