西方国家主导的经济全球化,开启了西方国家利用先进科技剥削全世界的新模式。然而,随着中国等第三世界的崛起,以美国为首的西方集团为了保持其世界绝对优势和霸主地位,同时又能满足垄断资本的贪欲,更多的从发展资本国家的整体战略上加强对全世界的剥削,为此,不惜使用科技封锁、金融霸权乃至战争以维持他们的继续发展。这样又一个由西方主导的新时代一一整个世界的战略经济时代由此到来。作为世界第二大经济体的中国如何以新的中国经济发展模式应对这个时代给我们所带来的影响及运用新发展思维使中国经济持续发展,已经成为当下中国经济发展的最为重要的战略考量。这也是"十四五"规划的新亮点。

Western-led economic globalization initialized a new model for western countries to exploit the world with advanced technology.However,With the rise of the Third World like China,in order to maintain their absolute priority and dominance in the world while simultaneously satisfy the greed of monopoly capital,the Western bloc,led by the United States,has beenincreasing the exploitation of the world from the overall strategy of developing capital countries,regardless of technology blockade,financial hegemony and even war to maintain their sustainabledevelopment.Thus came another West-dominating era,i.e.whole world s strategic economic era.It has become the most important strategic consideration for China s economic development how China,as the world's second largest economy,can cope with the impact of this era with the new Chinese economic development model and ensuresustainable economy development in China continuously under New Thinking.This is also a new highlight of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
