摘要
学术责任体现了学者对国家、社会承担的一种道德义务,具备的学术情怀。新时代研究生学术责任培育是一个系统工程,需要多种社会力量的支持配合,主要体现为四个维度:有效提高研究生学术责任意识培育的认知维度,提高研究生对求真务实的道德品格、学术创新意识以及学术担当精神的认知;逐步提升研究生学术责任培育的自律维度,研究生要确立科学的学术道德观、形成自律观念以及增强自主学习意识;构筑研究生学术责任培育的方法维度,设置研究生学术道德教育课程,形成学术共同体以及加强导师队伍的学术道德建设;系统完善研究生学术责任培育的制度维度,完善学术评价制度、学术责任监督制度以及学术责任的激励和奖惩制度。研究生也要严格遵守学术道德规范,增强学术责任感,自觉肩负学术传承的历史使命。
Academic responsibility embodies the academic feelings of scholars and a sense of moral obligation they have towards the state and society.As a systematic project,cultivating postgraduates academic responsibility in the new era needs the support and cooperation of social forces.It is mainly reflected in four dimensions.The first one is the cognitive dimension,which includes effectively improving postgraduates academic responsibility,enhancing their moral characters in seeking truth and facts,raising their awareness of innovation as well as academic responsibility.The second one is the discipline dimension in gradually improving the cultivation of postgraduates academic responsibilities.Postgraduates should establish a scientific outlook on academic morality,become self-disciplined and strengthen autonomous learning awareness.The third one is the methodology dimension in cultivating postgraduates academic responsibility.The course of academic morality education for postgraduates is offered and academic community is established.Academic ethics is strengthened among teaching staff.The fourth one is the system dimension in improving the cultivation of postgraduates academic responsibility in a systematic way.The academic assessment system,the system of supervising academic responsibility,and the system of reward and punishment should all be improved.Postgraduates should also strictly abide by the code of academic morality,improve the sense of academic responsibility and willingly shoulder the historic mission of academic inheritance.
