中药熏洗坐浴联合腕踝针治疗肛肠科患者术后疼痛36例

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Hip Bath Combined with Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture on Postoperative Pain of Anorectal Patients 36 cases

目的探讨中药熏洗坐浴联合腕踝针对肛肠科患者术后疼痛的治疗效果。方法选取2019年7月—2019年12月在肛肠科进行手术治疗的肛肠疾病患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组实施常规西医方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上对患者实施中药熏洗坐浴联合腕踝针治疗,对2组患者治疗后的临床效果等指标进行比较。结果对照组患者治疗后总有效率77.78%,观察组总有效率为94.44%,观察组优于对照组(P <0.05);术后12 h、24 h以及48 h,对比2组患者疼痛评分,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);创面渗出物消失时间以及创面愈合时间,观察组短于对照组(P <0.05);结论中药熏洗坐浴联合腕踝针能明显降低肛肠疾病患者术后的疼痛感,有利于患者的治疗效果,减少创面恢复时间,对缓解肛肠疾病患者术后疼痛具有指导意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath combined with wrist ankle acupuncture on postoperative pain in anorectal patients. Methods 72 patients with anorectal diseases in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath combined with wrist ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group. he clinical effect and other indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of patients in the control group was 77. 78%,and that of the observation group was 94. 44%,which was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery,the pain score of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The time of exudate vanishing and wound healing was shorter in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath combined with wrist ankle acupuncture can significantly reduce postoperative pain,reduce wound recovery time and relieve pain in patients with anorectal diseases.
