黄芪四君子汤结合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Rosiglitazone in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨黄芪四君子汤结合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年8月收治的50例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。对照组采用罗格列酮治疗,观察组采用黄芪四君子汤结合罗格列酮治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(24.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论黄芪四君子汤结合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病具有明显效果,可控制血糖值,改善血脂,预防不良反应发生,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method 50 patients with type 2 diabetes from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into observation group( n =25) and control group( n = 25) according to the numerical table method. The control group was treated with rosiglitazone,and observation group was treated with Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone. The fasting blood glucose( FBG),postprandial blood glucose( 2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb Alc),triacylglycerol( TG),total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-c) and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment,FBG,2 hPBG,Hb Alc of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,HDL-C of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The adverse reactions in the observation group( 4. 00%) were lower than those in the control group( 24. 00%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone has obvious effects in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It can control blood sugar level,improve blood lipids,and prevent adverse reactions. It can be widely used.
