虚拟现实技术在针灸学教学中的应用思考

针灸学是以中医理论为指导,通过刺激人体的经络腧穴以防治疾病的一门学科。传统的二维教学模式不能清晰地展示经络的立体循行和腧穴的三维结构,导致学生们对经络腧穴的理解不深刻,针刺操作不规范,影响疾病的诊治。虚拟现实技术的出现促进了针灸学教学由二维模式向三维模式转变,使得经络循行立体化、腧穴结构三维化、针刺操作规范化、技能考核客观化、典型病例生动化和疾病诊疗真实化,从而能够提高针灸学的教学质量。

Acupuncture and moxibustion is a discipline that is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine by stimulating the meridians and acupoints of the human body to prevent and treat diseases. The traditional two-dimensional teaching method cannot clearly show the three-dimensional structure of the meridian points,which leads to inadequate understanding of meridian and acupoints,irregular acupuncture operations and affects the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The emergence of virtual reality technology has promoted the transformation of acupuncture teaching from two-dimensional to three-dimensional,which makes the meridian circulation three-dimensional,acupoint structure three-dimensional,acupuncture operation standardized,skill assessment objective,typical cases vivid and disease diagnosis and treatment authenticity,thus improving the teaching quality of acupuncture and moxibustion.
