玉屏风散的现代药理研究及临床应用研究进展

玉屏风散是临床上常用的中药经典方剂,具有扶正祛邪作用,来源于朱丹溪所著的《丹溪心法》。玉屏风散主要成分为多糖、皂苷、黄酮类、挥发油、色原酮类化合物等,药理作用有调节机体免疫功能、抗菌和抗病毒、对肾炎的病理修复作用、抗变态反应、抗衰老、抗肿瘤细胞等,临床上广泛应用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科等各科疾病系统。文章对玉屏风散的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,为玉屏风散的临床应用与实验研究提供了依据。

Yupingfeng powder is a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical practice. It has the effect of strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors. It comes from the Danxi Xinfa written by Zhu Danxi. Yupingfeng powder is mainly composed of polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,volatile oil,chromogenic ketone compounds,etc. its pharmacological effects include regulating immune function,antibacterial and antiviral,pathological repair of nephritis,anti allergy,anti-aging,anti-tumor cells,etc. it is widely used in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and other diseases. In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Yupingfeng powder were reviewed,which provided the basis for the clinical application and experimental research of Yupingfeng powder.
