摘要 为适应"高精度、低成本、中小批量"的生产要求,以快速更换弹簧夹头等夹具形式为基础设计了一种新的通用插内齿夹具。从底座与本体连接、本体与防尘盖连接、本体与弹簧夹头、拉杆连接、本体与配油环连接、本体与顶尖座连接以及防尘盖与零部件连接等方面介绍了该夹具的具体设计。实践表明,使用此工装在保证工件加工精度、生产线节拍的前提下,降低了工人换产的劳动强度,提升了生产线的加工效率,减少了工装费用的投入。 In order to meet the requirements of"high precision,low cost,medium and small batch"production,a new universal gear insertion fixture is designed in the form of quick replacement of spring chuck and other jigs.The design of the fixture is introduced from the aspects of base and body connection,body and dust-proof cover connection,body and spring chuck,pull rod connection,body and oil distribution ring connection,body and top seat connection and dust-proof cover and parts connection.The practice shows that the use of this tool can reduce the labor intensity of workers changing production,improve the processing efficiency of production line,and reduce the input of tooling cost under the premise of ensuring the machining precision of workpiece and the beat of production line.
