综采工作面刚柔组合整体铺网回撤支护工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为确保液压支架能够安全、顺利、高效的从工作面中回撤,以46111工作面为例在分析其地质、煤层等情况的基础上,对该工作面开采末期的矿压规律进行监测,并提出采用刚柔组合整体铺网的支护方式对回撤通道进行支护,同时详细完成了高强树脂纤维网和锚杆支护参数的具体设计,最后对刚柔组合整体铺网和原支护方案对回撤通道围岩的控制效果进行对比研究。 In order to ensure that the hydraulic support can be safely,smoothly and efficiently retreated from the working face,on the basis of analyzing the geological and coal seam conditions of 46111 working face,the mine pressure law at the end of mining is monitored,and the support method of rigid-flexible combined integral mesh is put forward to support the retreating passage.At the same time,the concrete design of high strength resin fiber mesh and bolt support parameters is completed in detail.Finally,the control effect of surrounding rock of the retreating passage is compared with that of the rigid-flexible combined integral mesh and the original support scheme.
