摘要
为进一步提升大断面切眼在实际生产中的安全性,保证工作面的产煤效率,以1121工作面切眼为例,在分析其顶底板、煤层等条件的基础上,对支护现状进行阐述,并设计矿压监测方案对顶板离层量、表面位移量以及锚杆应力变化进行观测,并根据观测结果对支护参数进行优化设计。
In order to further improve the safety of large section cutting holes in actual production and ensure the coal production efficiency of working face, taking 1121 working face cutting hole as an example, on the basis of analyzing its roof floor, coal seam and other conditions, the present situation of support is expounded, and a mine pressure monitoring scheme is designed to observe the roof delamination, surface displacement and bolt stress change, and the supporting parameters are optimized according to the observation results.
