摘要
在分析链传动结构和工作原理的基础上,建立简化的链传动三维模型,对刮板输送机的链传动系统进行动力学分析,研究其传动过程,对圆环链和驱动链轮的受力进行分析。分析认为:链传动在启动瞬间会产生较大的冲击载荷,在圆环链互相接触的位置会产生最大应力;驱动链轮在与圆环链啮合时,会在链窝齿根处产生冲击载荷,容易使链窝发生变形,影响传动效率和链轮寿命,在进行刮板输送机设计时应对其进行优化。
On the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of chain drive,a simplified three-dimensional model of chain drive is established,and the dynamic analysis of chain drive system of scraper conveyor is carried out.The transmission process is studied and the force of ring chain and drive sprocket is analyzed.The analysis shows that the chain drive will produce a large impact load at the start-up moment,and the maximum stress will be produced in the contact position of the ring chain the driving sprocket will produce impact load at the root of the chain socket when meshing with the ring chain.
