摘要
为解决传统锚杆+锚索联合支护手段在软煤层井巷支护中存在顶板下沉量、底鼓量以及两帮移近量大的问题,以2号煤层工作面为例在分析其地质、煤层条件的基础上,完成注浆锚索支护的参数设计,并分别采用数值模拟仿真和工业性试验方式对注浆锚索支护效果进行验证,得出结论,注浆锚索支护可在软煤层巷道中推广应用。
In order to solve the problems of roof subsidence, bottom bulge and two sides moving near in the traditional bolting and bolting combined support method in soft coal seam roadway, the parameter design of grouting anchor cable support is completed on the basis of analyzing its geology and coal seam condition, and the effect of grouting anchor cable support is verified by numerical simulation and industrial test respectively. It is concluded that grouting anchor cable support can be popularized and applied in soft coal roadway.
