块煤分级破碎机改造实践分析

为了提高选煤厂综合经济效益,增加粒级50~25 mm的中块煤产品产率,对选煤厂块煤破碎时采用的辊式破碎机进行改造,并对破碎辊、破碎齿改造方案进行详细阐述。改造完成后,破碎机出料粒级主要集中在50~13 mm,其中粒级在50~25 mm出料物占比达到59.34%,同时破碎机在使用时未再出现堵料及破碎辊、破碎齿容易损坏等问题,取得显著的改造效果。

In order to improve the comprehensive economic benefit of coal preparation plant and increase the yield of medium block coal products with grain grade 50~25 mm, the roller crusher used in block coal crushing in coal preparation plant is reformed, and the scheme of crushing roll and broken tooth transformation is expounded in detail.The grain grade of crusher is mainly concentrated in 50~13 mm, in which the grain grade is 50~25 mm and the proportion of material is 59.34%.At the same time, the crusher does not appear in the use of plugging materials,crushing roll, broken teeth easy to damage and other problems, achieved remarkable transformation results.
