摘要
基于煤矿井下巷道围岩变形大、稳定性差,给井下综采作业安全造成严重影响的现状,在对井下巷道围岩变形原因进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的巷道支护结构,其采用了高预应力锚索和高强度锚杆相结合的控制方案,在井下巷道围岩变形大的地方通过架设"U"型架和控制底鼓的方案进行补强支护,同时在全断面处采用了注浆加强支护方案,有效提升了井下巷道围岩的整体结构强度和在矿压波动下的稳定性,对确保煤矿井下综采作业安全性和综采作业效率具有十分重要的意义。
Based on the present situation that the surrounding rock deformation of underground roadway is large and the stability is poor, which seriously affects the safety of fully mechanized mining operation, a new roadway support structure is put forward on the basis of analyzing the causes of the surrounding rock deformation of underground roadway, which adopts the control scheme of high prestressed anchor cable and high strength anchor rod. In the place where the surrounding rock deformation of underground roadway is large, the reinforcement support is carried out by setting up "U" frame and controlling the bottom drum, and the grouting reinforcement support scheme is adopted at the whole section, which effectively improves the overall structural strength of underground roadway surrounding rock and the stability under the fluctuation of mine pressure, It is of great significance to ensure the safety and efficiency of fully mechanized mining in coal mine.
