摘要
针对东曲煤矿综采面辅助运输系统中存在安全性差、效率低的问题,在东曲煤矿12511综采工作面采用KSP型煤矿井下钢丝绳牵引卡轨车,分析了该卡轨车合理的结构选型,研究了卡轨车的应用要点及注意事项。实践应用表明,KSP型煤矿井下钢丝绳牵引卡轨车可减少运输系统的维护成本和电力消耗,降低人力成本,提高运输系统的安全性和运输效率。
Due to the problems of poor safety and low efficiency in the auxiliary transportation system of fully mechanized mining face,it is studied to use wire rope to pull the rail car in the 12511 fully mechanized mining face.KSP type coal mine underground wire rope drag rail car has many advantages to adapt to long-distance,large inclination,variable slope,and large tonnage transportation. The rational structure selection of the rail car is to study the application points and precautions of the rail car to reduce transportation. System maintenance costs and power consumption,reduce labor costs,and improve the safety and efficiency of the transportation system.
