摘要
矿用提升机制动性能的好坏直接关系到企业生产安全,因此,针对立井提升机安全措施的相关规定,对各级机械结构的运动进行了优化设计,并进一步提出了结构性能改进措施。经实践表明,改造后的矿用提升载荷监测保护装置对提高其性能、降低其故障概率具有重要作用。
The dynamic performance of mine lifting mechanism is directly related to the production safety of enterprises. Therefore, according to the relevant regulations of safety measures of shaft hoist, the motion of mechanical structure at all levels is optimized. The improvement measures of structural performance are further put forward. The practice shows that the modified mine lifting load monitoring and protection device plays an important role in improving its performance and reducing its fault probability.
